What is a coffee subscription?

Our coffee subscription is a regular delivery of freshly roasted specialty coffee straight to your door. You are in control of how much you get, how often you receive it, if and how it is ground, and we’ll do the rest. You select which coffee or let us send you what’s new and exciting.

Will I be tied into a monthly coffee subscription?

Once you have received your first 3 deliveries you can then pause, skip or cancel at any time. No tie ins.

Is it worth getting a coffee subscription?

Absolutely, as you not only receive 10% off your coffee subscription but will also enjoy specialty coffee, freshly roasted and delivered straight to your door without having to think about it.

Are coffee subscriptions cheaper?

Yes, you save 10% on every order when you subscribe.

Can I customise my coffee subscription?

Yes, you can customise your coffee subscription. Firstly, choose the best option for you from our coffee subscription selection, then you can select
the quantity, frequency and grind preference.

When are orders dispatched?

Orders and coffee subscription renewals received by 3p.m. (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched same day via Royal Mail 2nd class post.

Can I buy a coffee subscription gift?

Yes, you can.

Can I organise my gift subscription to arrive on a certain day?

Yes, you can, but in order for it to be delivered on a certain day you will need to leave a comment in the notes section when you place your order. Future orders will be dispatched when the subscription renews.

Can a coffee subscription gift arrive wrapped?

We are happy to pop a personalised note in the first order. Please pop your message in the order notes. The coffee subscription will arrive in a simple brown recyclable bag in line with our commitment to the planet.

How do I choose the best coffee subscription?

We have three subscriptions available depending on whether you would like one of our house blends on a regular basis of something new and interesting each season. Our office coffee subscription is great if you have a small team to fuel, allowing you to save further and reduce packaging.

Are deliveries letterbox friendly?

The 250g coffee subscriptions are letterbox friendly, the larger ones sadly won’t squeeze through your letterbox.

How fresh will the coffee be?

Depending on the coffee you choose will depend on how fresh it is, but we guarantee that your coffee will be no more than 14 days since it was roasted so that it is perfectly rested and ready to brew. 

What are your sustainability credentials?

Our coffee bags are 100% plant-based with plant-based dyes and safely home-compostable.
