Refund policy

We do not accept returns on coffee sales, as it is a fresh, natural product, roasted & packed to order.

Any brewing equipment bought can be exchanged or returned to us for a refund within 14 days, unused & in its original packaging. The cost of return postage will not be refunded. 

Please do check your order when you receive it. If anything is defective, damaged, or we have sent the wrong item, then we will rectify it free of charge. Just contact us at onlineorders@darkhorseroastery.co.uk.
