City & Guilds Barista Level 2 VRQ

A three day professional training programme with a formal practical and written assessment. Accredited by City & Guilds for a nationally recognised qualification.

Dark Horse Roastery has become an accredited centre for the City & Guilds level 2 barista award.  

This course covers the background to all the barista's raw ingredients, expert skills to craft all drinks on the barista's menu, cleaning and light maintenance of equipment, speed, organisation and customer service. 

We are delighted to bring this course to life at the roastery where we have teamed up with our hot chocolate and tea suppliers for a fully immersive session that will educate, engage the senses, develop new skills and a real sense of achievement.
