Roastery experience

A hidden gem in the Oxfordshire countryside. Really enjoyed learning about the sourcing, processing and roasting of coffee as well as tasting many different varieties. Ed and Emma were great hosts and great to come away with a couple of bags of the coffee we liked best.

I recently attended the Roastery Experience and it was so informative, fun, and interactive! I learned so much about the production and roasting of coffee. I really enjoyed seeing how the beans are roasted up close and then sampling many different types of coffee.. I would really recommend this experience to any coffee lover or anyone who would just like to learn more about coffee and spend a very enjoyable 3 hours too..

Had an enjoyable morning today learning from Emily and Ed. Both were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and keen to share their knowledge. Learning about (and getting to taste) the different roast stages, and how the coffee develops, was a really good experience
