A three-hour immersive discovery and tasting workshop, with coffee and pastries on arrival and a bag of your favourite coffee to take home.

Experience the transformation of a raw, dense, green seed to a beautiful, brown, roasted bean, packed full of flavour and character. 

Join with a small and friendly group as we explore Dark Horse Roastery coffees' origins and journeys. Discover how we do justice to the dedication and hard work of the coffee farmers. Take part in roasting and profiling, then cupping and tasting, to sample the coffees' wonderful diversity.

When?

Friday / Saturday mornings from 10.00 am – 1.00 pm.

Excellent experience

Had an enjoyable morning today learning from Emily and Ed. Both were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and keen to share their knowledge. Learning about (and getting to taste) the different roast stages, and how the coffee develops, was a really good experience
