Flavour

This is a very traditional washed coffee, where the ripest coffee is picked, then de-pulped and left to ferment to allow the mucilage to be washed using fresh water. It’s then laid out on raised beds to sun dry for 10-18 days, depending on the weather and reaches the desired moisture level for export.
This classic washed processing methods provides beautiful clarity in the cup, soft vanilla notes layered over date like sweetness and light black tea like body.
Perfect for a long pour over or cafetiere brew.
